About the role
The DevOps Engineer manages the reliability, availability, and scalability of systems supporting lending operations. The role implements deployment pipelines, monitors performance, and ensures operational stability.
This position supports business continuity and scalability as operations grow.
Responsibilities and competencies
- Maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Monitor system performance and uptime
- Implement automation for deployment and maintenance
- Handle incident response and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability

Requirements
- Minimum of 2:1 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technology field, or equivalent education in mobile app development
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering

- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and monitoring
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements
