About the role
The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operations within lending and financial services teams. The role ensures processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
This position supports operational scalability, quality, and performance.
Responsibilities and competencies
- Manage operational workflows and teams
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs
- Identify process improvements and efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements
- Minimum of 2:1 in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years experience in operations management within financial services
- Knowledge of lending or credit operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects
