About the role
The Brand & Communications Manager manages the company’s brand identity and internal/external communications. The role ensures messaging is consistent, professional, and aligned with strategic objectives. This position supports reputation management and coherent brand representation across all platforms.
Responsibilities and competencies
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines
- Plan and manage internal and external communications
- Oversee public relations initiatives
- Monitor brand perception and adjust strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and product teams
- Brand strategy and management

Requirements
- Minimum of 2:1 in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management and communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of PR and corporate communications
