About the role
The Decisioning/Rules Analyst manages automated decision frameworks for credit approval, risk scoring, and compliance checks. The role ensures that decision rules are accurate, consistent, and aligned with policies.
This position enables reliable and scalable credit decisioning processes.
Responsibilities and competencies
- Develop and maintain decision rules and logic
- Analyze performance of decision frameworks
- Collaborate with product, risk, and data teams
- Document rules and ensure compliance
- Support testing and validation of rule changes

Requirements
- Minimum of 2:1 in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with credit decisioning or rule-based systems
- Knowledge of lending and credit risk principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
