About Qi Card

Qi Card (also known as International Smart Card – ISC) is the largest electronic payment and card services provider in Iraq, established in 2007 through a partnership between the private sector and Al-Rafidain Bank, one of Iraq’s largest state-owned banks.

Qi Card is a pioneering fintech infrastructure in Iraq, widely used for salary payments, pensions, social benefits, and everyday transactions. It introduced one of the region’s first biometric-enabled payment cards, helping to improve transparency and reduce fraud in public sector payments.
