About Armada credit bureau of Uganda
Armada Credit Bureau (Armada CRB) is Uganda’s fourth licensed credit reference bureau, approved by the Bank of Uganda in 2023 to provide advanced credit reporting and analytics. Headquartered in Kampala, Armada helps financial institutions, businesses, and individuals make informed lending decisions by offering services like credit risk reports, data management, portfolio monitoring, and decision analytics. Its mission is to foster trust between borrowers and lenders through accurate, actionable data, while promoting responsible lending and wider access to credit. Armada CRB’s entry brings fresh competition to Uganda’s credit ecosystem, aiming to strengthen transparency, reduce loan defaults, and support economic growth.

What channels can I use for free?
A web app - This is created immediately after they onboard and their customers can apply for loans via the app for free. They also get to use the admin console for free to manage their lending operations, however certain features are tied to plans so they might need to upgrade to have a more streamlined lending operation.
Can I get a custom app for my own preferences?
You can customize your web app to your preferences - the color, texts, how things appear to fix your business colors and brand. Mobile apps customized to your brand are on our paid plans and not readily available to users on the free tier.
I already have my own app, how can I still plug into Lendsqr’s infrastructure?
Lendsqr has APIs that you can utilize in your own app. We have a product, Adjutor that houses all our APIs without needing you to use Lendsqr's white-label apps
