CamdigiKey

CamDigiKey is a digital identity verification system developed by the Techo Startup Center under the Ministry of Economy and Finance in Cambodia. Launched in 2019, CamDigiKey began as an authentication tool for the Online Business Registration System and has since expanded to serve a broader range of platforms, including the Startup Cambodia Platform, the Digital Talent Recruitment System, and the Job Application System for the General Secretariat of the Digital Economy and Business Committee. Today, CamDigiKey is available to individual users, business users, and public and private institutions, offering an advanced and secure solution for digital identity verification.

Key Services:

• Open KYC API Integration: Validates user information (e.g., name, date of birth, ID number, face) to enhance onboarding experience in mobile or web apps.

• Liveness Detection: AI-powered face and liveness recognition for secure identity verification.

• Optical Character Recognition (OCR): AI reads data from Khmer national ID cards and Machine Readable Zones (MRZ) on passports.

• Deeplink: Enables app-to-app integration within mobile phones.

• OAuth 2.0: Supports web integration for secure authentication in web apps."
